If you are a commercial customer and would like to apply for a trade account, please fill in the following form and a member of our Trade Support team will contact you shortly.

Our Terms and Conditions are as follows:

  • All sales orders are processed on a pro-forma basis only.
  • Trade discount will be applied to full retail price products only.
  • Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or bank transfer (We are happy to supply our bank details upon request).
  • Returns will be accepted up to 7 days after purchase provided that the products are unused and in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted on forward orders.
  • Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, a 20% cancellation charge will be applied on all stock items. Any forward orders on any non-stock items cannot be cancelled.
  • Any delivery costs are the responsiblity of the customer.
  • Delivery and installation costs are paid for by Trade customers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse and close accounts at our discretion.
  • All furniture is hand finished as such colour and texture may vary slightly from piece to piece. Every effort is made to ensure consistency of colour and texture but this is not guaranteed.
