NORDIC STYLE TERMS OF TRADE

Deposit and Cancellation
A deposit of 50% of total invoice value is required at the time of order. This is a non-refundable deposit. No orders will be forwarded to our production facility without payment of deposit.

Payment of Balance
When you are notified that the goods are ready for delivery, the balance due is payable immediately. No delivery will be undertaken until the full balance has been received.

Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is suitable delivery access for the goods that are ordered. Nordic Style accepts no liability for failure to deliver due to restricted access.
Estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 weeks upon receipt of deposit unless otherwise advised. Delivery estimates are not binding - delivery is not the essence of the contract.

Storage
Nordic Style reserves the right to charge storage on product that cannot be delivered due to delay in payment of balance or unsuitability of delivery site. Such interest will be charged at 2% of the invoice value per month. This is payable monthly in arrears or in full upon delivery, whichever is sooner.

Finish and Colour
All our furniture is hand finished, so ensuring the distinctive and unique characteristics of each piece of furniture. As such the colour and texture may vary slightly from piece to piece. Every effort is made to achieve consistency of colour and texture but no guarantee can be made.

Customer Supplied Fabric
All upholstery fabric supplied by the customer must comply with all fire retardancy regulations in force at that time. Interliner is available, call for a quotation.
Delivery estimate for furniture upholstered in customer supplied fabric begins upon receipt of the fabric at the Nordic Style sales office.
